Shina Turi was born in late 240 AE to single mother in urban Tunda. Her mother was often neglectful, leaving her at home alone for hours with no one watching up when she was as young as four. When Shina was 9, her mother married a successful shop owner and Shina became step sisters with his daughter, Ashley "Ash" Turi. Sometime within the next year, Shina ran away and was picked up by Lady Eve who took her to Royal Rivers Orphanage.
